DAVID BRIGHTON’S TRIBUTE TO ROCK AND ROLL’S MOST ELECTRIFYING SUPERSTAR…THE LEGENDARY DAVID BOWIE

AT THE STOCKTON PERFORMING ARTS CENTER, SEPTEMBER 30th

 “Where the Arts Come Alive!”

GALLOWAY, NJ, August 30, 2016 – “David Bowie has worked with David Brighton…What does that tell you about the credibility of a tribute artist?” – Las Vegas Review Journal.  Experience Bowie’s miraculous transformation from space-aged rock idol, to polished mainstream media star and the timeless classics that forever changed the face of pop culture with David Brighton’s tribute to the most electrifying performer of our time at the Stockton Performing Arts Center on Friday, September 30th.

Show time is 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $32 and may be ordered online at www.stocktonpac.org  or by calling the Box Office at (609) 652-9000.  The Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and ninety minutes before the performance.  For Group Sales, call (609) 652-4786.

David Brighton’s live tribute to British pop/rock legend David Bowie is an uncanny recreation of the music and the magic of one of popular music’s most influential and innovative superstars. Together with the considerable talents of an amazing backup band, Brighton recreates the greatest moments of Bowie’s constantly metamorphosing career – a career that has bridged more than three decades, and helped shape an entire generation of stars that would follow.

Whether they launch into show stopping versions of dance floor mega-hits like “Fame,” “Young Americans,” “Let’s Dance” and “China Girl” — or deliver spine tingling renditions of glitter rock anthems like “Changes” and “Rebel Rebel” — Brighton and the Space Oddity Band transport today’s audiences through some of the most exciting moments in the history of Rock and Roll. In the midst of all of the fun, one thing becomes very clear:  David Bowie brought excitement and adventure back to the entertainment world in the ’70’s, ’80’s and ’90’s. David Brighton is credited as being the world’s best David Bowie impersonator, with one of the most entertaining tribute acts ever to hit the stage.  “David Brighton has the voice, moves and look to actually step in for David Bowie if he were unavailable and few would ever know. Experiencing David Brighton’s Tribute to David Bowie made for a truly remarkable evening,” says Harry Maslin, the Producer of David Bowie’s YOUNG AMERICANS and STATION TO STATION albums.
